Warranty & Terms
The commitments we make on every printed, fabricated and produced job — and the terms that apply to them.
Binsbay Advertising LLC (“Binsbay”, “we”, “us”) produces custom print, signage, branding, corporate gifts and media services to order. Because almost everything we make is customised and produced against an approved proof, our warranty covers defects in our workmanship and materials — not changes of mind, approved errors, or damage that happens after we hand the work over.
Placing an order, or approving a proof, means you accept the terms on this page.
What the warranty covers
Cover and duration differ by product type. In every case the warranty is limited to the defect described, and our maximum liability is the reprint, repair or refund of the affected item as set out in Section 5.
Print Products Workmanship
Business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, mats and other printed items are guaranteed against printing defects — misregistration, banding, incorrect trimming or lamination faults caused by us.
Signage 12 months
Outdoor and indoor signage is warranted against fabrication defects and, where powered, LED/electrical component failure under normal use and correct power supply.
Branding & Vinyl Material
Vehicle, wall, glass, floor and window graphics are warranted against adhesion failure and material defects when applied by Binsbay to a suitable, prepared surface.
Corporate Gifts On delivery
Branded drinkware, apparel, tech and gift items are checked against the approved sample. Cover is for manufacturing defects and branding/print faults present on delivery.
Awards & Trophies On delivery
Engraving and finishing are guaranteed against errors versus the approved artwork. Natural variation in crystal, wood and stone is not a defect.
Media & Rental Service
LED screen rental, AV, event management, photography and live streaming are covered by the specific written scope in your quotation or event contract, not by this product warranty.
What the warranty does not cover
- Approved content. Spelling, grammar, layout, colour breaks, phone numbers, addresses or artwork that you approved at proof stage. Once a proof is approved, it is final.
- Customer-supplied files. Low-resolution images, incorrect bleed, wrong colour mode (RGB vs CMYK), missing fonts, or files that do not meet our artwork specification.
- Colour expectation. Screen-to-print and batch-to-batch colour variation within commercial tolerance. A printed proof is the only reliable colour reference; we recommend one for colour-critical jobs.
- Material behaviour. Natural variation in paper, leather, wood, fabric and stone; and expected fading of outdoor graphics over time from sun and weather.
- After handover. Damage from mishandling, incorrect installation by others, accidents, misuse, unauthorised repair, power surges, or environmental conditions outside the product’s rating.
- Third-party installation. Adhesion or fitment issues where signage or graphics were installed by anyone other than Binsbay.
Proofs & artwork approval
A digital proof is issued for approval before production on custom jobs. Production starts only after you confirm the proof in writing (email or signed proof).
- It is your responsibility to check every detail on the proof, including text, numbers, spelling and layout.
- Colours shown on a monitor are indicative only and are not a contractual colour match.
- Changes requested after approval, or after production has begun, may be chargeable and may affect the delivery date.
How to make a warranty claim
- Inspect on delivery. Check your order when you receive it and report any visible defect or shortage within the claim window for that product (see Section 1).
- Contact us in writing with your invoice/order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect and, for print, the full batch.
- Keep the goods. Do not discard, alter or install a product you believe is defective — we may need to inspect it.
- Assessment. We will assess the claim, and where a defect is confirmed, resolve it under Section 5. We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection.
Our remedy & liability
Where a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Binsbay will, at its discretion:
- Reprint or remake the affected item to the original specification; or
- Repair the item (typically for signage and fabrication); or
- Refund or credit the value of the affected item where a remake is not practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binsbay’s total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the specific item affected. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, event delays, or third-party costs arising from a defect or late delivery.
Turnaround & delivery
- Production times quoted are estimates from the point of approved proof and cleared payment, not from order placement.
- Delays caused by late approvals, artwork changes, or supply/courier disruption are outside our control and do not constitute a defect.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable VAT at 5% is added unless the quotation states otherwise.
- Custom orders may require full or partial payment in advance before production begins.
- Title to goods remains with Binsbay until payment is received in full.
Cancellations & returns
Because our products are custom-made to your specification, they are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.
- An order cancelled after approval but before completion is charged for work done and materials committed up to that point.
- Stocked, un-branded gift items in original condition may be returned within 7 days by prior agreement; return delivery is at the customer’s cost.
Intellectual property
- You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logos, images and content you supply, and that our production of them does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Design and artwork created by Binsbay remains our property until paid for in full, after which usage rights for the agreed purpose transfer to you.
- Binsbay may show completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [EMIRATE — e.g. Dubai], UAE. Binsbay may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the date of your order.
